What is Caima?
Caima is an AI-powered manager for your brand collaborations. It keeps your emails, briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and reporting in one place and helps you reply faster, price smarter, and stay on top of every collab without living in your inbox.
Who is Caima for?
Caima is for creators who take their work seriously. It fits full-time creators, side hustlers who do a few big collabs a year, small creators looking to grow, or UGC studios/talent agencies managing multiple clients. If you deal with briefs, contracts, timelines, and messy emails, Caima is for you.
Is Caima replacing normal managers?
Nope! Caima is more like a super-organised assistant that don't get tired or take days off. ↳ If you have a manager: Caima helps both of you stay on top of deals, follow-ups, and deadlines. ↳ If you don’t have a manager: Caima gives you many of the same operational benefits without adding a human to payroll.
Does Caima take a percentage of my brand deals?
No. Caima is designed as a tool, not an agent. You keep 100% of your collab income. Depending on your plan (TBD), you’ll pay a flat subscription fee – not a cut of your deals.
Can Caima handle contracts and legal stuff?
Caima can: ・ Highlight key parts of a contract (usage, exclusivity, timelines, payment terms) ・ Flag things that might be worth a closer look ・ Help you compare contracts across campaigns It is not a lawyer and doesn’t give legal advice. For anything serious, we still recommend having a qualified human (lawyer or experienced manager) review.
